Started with a tabular cast on and knitted the neck ribbing as instructed. As I work the cuffs, hem and neck with contrasting yarn, I knitted an additional row in main color right before the raglan set up row.

Regarding the raglan set up: I knitted the last stitch (that was the first stitch before) into the row below, so the pattern stays intact.

Look at the second last picture to see the marker placement and the shifting BOR.
