Finished the first fade. Rather happy with how subtle it looks

split for sleeves. Let the mindless knitting begin! :D (although I still need to keep track of the fades…)

Added the third colour. It’s going to be a very exciting game of yarn chicken I fear. Might have to make shorter fades on the sleeves.

Finished the body with a 2x2 sewn bind off. That took ages!!
I think my swatch was way off, or I can’t count, but the row gauge was a lot looser on the actual sweater, which threw of my colour fade calculations, which in turn resulted in only being able to finish the second to last fade.

Started first sleeve.
Made the first 4 fades (including the one that was partially started before splitting) shorter (12 row) fades, and the last 2 the medium fade (24 rows). Still with 4 rows in between.

Started second sleeve. According to my calculations I’m going to win yarn chicken with respectively 14, 11, 9 and 100 grams per colour to spare

Finished!!!
I only need to block it, but I think I’ll just wear it until I have time to do so.
