My own generic sock incorporating Cat’s Sweet Tomato Heel and Sandi’s Tabi Toe.

1: cast on 68 sts, German Twisted cast on.
2: top ribbing, 2x2, 18 rows, approx 2”
3: leg stockinette, 70 rows. Increase one stitch somewhere along the way, so that there are 69 sts on the needles when it’s time to separate for the heel. This was a mistake, but added to instructions so both socks are the same.
4: Separate for the Sweet Tomato Heel. 23 sts in center top of foot on hold. Place a pin on last row of leg. Begin working heel on remaining 46 sts.
5: Using Cat Bordhi’s instructions, work 2 wedges with 9 pairs each, and one partial wedge with 5 pairs (2 & ~ 1/2 wedges).
6: Note - length of foot from back of heel to bottom of little toe = 7”
