Modifications:
Body: I made the body piece longer after de hip increases. Made some extra increases too.
Ended the body with four rows of rib stitch.
Sleeves: picked up stitches under the arm instead of casting on. Ended the sleeves with 12 rounds of rib stitch.
Collar: Picked up all the stitches from my cast on and knitted two rows of rib stitch. Than I made a short row section so that the collar would be a bit higher in the back. To avoid to much stretching I sewed a single tread of yarn in bind off row of the collar.
Button band: I picked up all the needed stitches in de front and knitted 5 rows of rib stitch (right side with button holes)
Used rib stitch:
knitting back and forw. every row: (ktb1, p1) repeat
knitting in rounds round 1 as above and round 2: (k1, ptb1) repeat
