Used the frogged leftovers from my Ringelponcholetto for a simple garter stitch vest. I plan to not do the ties, but buttons and buttonholes. Quite like it so far. I am not sure if I will also use the red yarn for the fronts or if I will stay with grey - should have enough just using the grey… We will see.

Did this in 1 piece to the armholes and used slipped stitches as phoney seams at the side and for decoration in the middle of the back and 5 stitches away from buttonbands.

April 1st: Finished knitting and sew in all ends - now need 8 buttons (without breaking the bank..)

April 6th:
Finally sewed on all the buttons - EXPENSIVE buttons 90 cent per piece! It would have been cheaper to sew on 50 cent coins…
Well, nevertheless - the closed thing really fits a lot better than when I just finished knitting - quite like it!
