First time with DPNs after about two years
goes better than I would have thought, but I find it quite tedious - I assume I will be back to Magic Loop after these are finished. Pattern is nice, but gauge is quite loose, not sure if this is due to the heringbones or the DPNs. Will probably try this again, but maybe just two or three heringbone ribs per side.

Ok, so the dislike was really mainly due to the DPNs. The second sock - once I got the hang to cast it on- went mUUUUch faster and I quite like the look of the pattern. However, would not recommend using it with self patterning yarn, especially dark colours, like I used for the leg. Very much like how this looks for the solid coloured part of the leg, so I might indeed use this pattern again- but not with DPNs!
