Picked this Up again today after summer heat induced hibernation

Finished! Came out quite large as I somehow ended up knitting the foot for 16 cm instead of 15. 5, so it will be more of a 41/42 than a 39/40. Maybe these will be the birthday socks for colleague M. who has a size 43 - do you think they will stretch that far? Nevertheless, those were quite fun to kni!
