There is a bit of a shortage for male-appropriate socks in bigger sizes in my stash, so I decided to participate in the Männersocken-KAL in the Sockenstrickereien group »

Did the purl ridges only on one side at the front of the sock, will only do the brioche slipped stitches from Fast Stinos on the other side and in the middle of the back.

Hope that the yarn will not eat all of the pattern…

Nearing the end of the first sock
15 rows of 2 by 2 ribbing for the cuff
12 purl ridges for the leg
decreased to 60 stitches after the gusset
18 purl ridges for the foot
decreasing every other row up to 40 stitches
decreasing every row after that.

Quite like t!hem and I think they might be a birthday gift for nephew H.
