Notes

Started from the top, using up the dark grey yarn. Increased to 136 stitches and changed to bigger needles for the stranded part. Used up the Opal and then changed to the pink yarn. Mainly used the chart from the sock, but went freestyle for the end.

I did start to weave in after every stitch at the end using this technique.
Did a doubled, turned hem as discribed in the Willow cowl.

For the hem, I threaded a strand of waste yarn through the live stitches which I then used as a guideline to pick the stitches up. Was a pain i. t. a…. to do, but turned out alright.

Though I switched to the smaller needles again for the hem, it still is a little on the wide side, even for a big head like mine. But I like it anyway!

And it is great for praticing fair isle.
Another advantage: You only have to make 1! ;-))
