Notes

I really enjoyed this project. I started out with two skeins of the brown and half a skein of the blue. As I developed the pattern it became clear that I was going to be coming just under the wire for yarn, so I’ve suggested in the pattern that you use 3 skeins of the brown and only get the blue if you want the contrasting color i-cord. When I do this again I think I might try it in a silk/wool or cashmere/wool blend, just to maintain the drape. But I wouldn’t mind seeing it done just a plain wool to see how the wool changes the look.

12/11/09 I having been wearing this with a knit cap underneath in some bitter cold and have been quite warm and toasty.
