Fly free! Improvised socks. I’m knitting with the self-striping yarn and adding in sections of houndstooth as I go. Will make the second sock to match. Trying not to buy more yarn until I use what I have!

round 1: k1, sl1 around
round 2: k
drop CC, pick up MC
round 3: sl1, k1 around
round 4: k
(repeat)

4/21/13 So these socks kinda went into hibernation once I heard that my brother was expecting his first baby (ahh!! quick! knit EVERY BABY PATTERN EVER!) Hope to pick them up again to finish eventually.

9/5/13 Finished! Just need to weave in ends. :) They’re so snuggly!!
