1/18/14 - Finished weaving in the ends! Popped in the mail and they are now on their way up to Canada for my mom. Use in case of polar vortex. ;)

1/7/14 - made about 100 thrums tonight and ordered the yarn. Not sure exactly how many will be needed so I figure that is a good number for now.

I originally purchased this roving to spin, but I’ve had it for months and I think I just need to use it for SOMEthing. Besides, I love learning new techniques and I have never thrummed before.

I did: knit thrum with main yarn, on next row knit both together through back loop.
