Managed to find some sport weight yarn in my stash and decided to make a start on some gloves that I was meant to knit last autumn/winter.

Yarn feels like a cotton base and is knitting up nicely. not sure i’m gonna have enough though when I’ve finished with the first glove.

I am notorious for not reading the pattern properly and nearly made a mistake with the thumb stitches. However, managed to catch it before it happened.

Onto fingers. I’ve just finished the little finger and I am finding it a little fiddly to work using DPNs. Seriously thinking about switching to small circular needles. Hmmm.
