Notes

After blocking the ribbing was still too loose for my taste, so I cut it off, added 8 rounds of colorwork banding, and then redid the ribbing in US 1.5 (binding off in pattern with US 3 needles). (My head is long and needed a little more to make it nice and floppy like I wanted.)
