Work for 16 rows - on last row, JAYG both sides of the sleeve together - break yarn and reattach at top of shoulder to work next section for 6 rows then back section for 4 rows - for second half, break yarn after 6 rows and reattach to bottom of back before working 4 rows - on final row, JAYG to back of first half
Sleeves: attach yarn to bottom/underneath of sleeve and work for 9 rows, turning at the end of each row - with smaller hook, ch13 and hdcblo across - (Sl st into next 1 ch-sp on body of the sleeve, sl st into space between next 2tr) twice
Body: lengthen body by reattaching yarn and working for 10 rows - prepare for ribbing by sc across bottom in top of every stitch and 2sc in side of dcs around the front edge - change to smaller hook, ch13 and hdcblo across, working ribbing along bottom edge and JAYG with 3slst into body - work short rows to mitre corner, skipping 3 stitches at the end of each RS row until 2 stitches remain - work one more WS row then ch1 turn hdc ch2 hdc - pick up loops to close the gap along the inside edge of the short row - pick up one more loop in next available hdc yo and pull through all loops on hook - continue working 2 more hdc - ch2 and turn, working back along to the ch2 of the previous row, hdc in ch2 space - ch2 and turn (this turning chain will no longer be worked in), working across the row in the same manner as the previous RS row until there are 11 hdc
Pockets: with bigger hook, fdc19, ch2 and turn - dc, sk1, v-st - repeat from sk1 across for a total of 8 v-sts - sk1 and dc in final stitch, ch2 and turn - dc, v-st across, dc in final stitch - repeat for a total of 8 v-st rows - work a row of sc around all four sides - ch7 and hdcblo across
