Wow - that did bloom a lot with soaking&blocking!
Measurement after blocking: 48/80cm (24/40) circumference/30cm height, measured lying flat

And off the needles. Now soaking, blocking, pics, …

I’ve been a bit afraid that i might have to play yarn chicken - and loose - but au contraire, got 2 grams left, ha!

Measurements unblocked, laid flat: 23/37cm width, 21cm height
I bet it will bloom and grow with soaking&blocking!

Only two rds short from bo, woohoo.
This one is not only an enjoyable knit, it’s a quickie too!

Surprisingly sun! So i took a quick pic in the middle of part C, cause i’ve been afraid sun would disappear again soon.
Though i have no pic to prove i ended up with part E in the evening.

I decided i want to knit this one in a nice, light color (rather than in a dark blue, for example) to show the pattern well, so i opted for a nice, soft, cuddlesome cream colored yarn.
Also i want to have a second color on hand, in case i’ll run out of yarn. I “only” have exactly the needed 200 meter of the cream colored yarn.
In case that might not be enough i could either
- do the last part with some nice brown
or
- just bind off with a slightly lighter cream
