I love this pattern and it is tricky .. and I know Frank is writing a new version ..

I’m not so good with new versions .. I seem to stick with originals …

I bought this yarn for Galaxy of Change .. but just wanted to see what it looked like ..

I liked it so kept going.

Got to 3rd photo and thought I’d frog it …

But people told me not to …then my older daughter loved it ..

So I’m still going … and she will get a new afghan :)

I don’t really worry too much about stitches .. I know most of them …and if you dont Frank has Youtube with some of them on there ..

Once I get past the crocodile stitches , which take time but are well worth it

I just kept at it until it was done !

When I first started doing Frank’s patterns , I made so many mistakes.

Even when I counted over and over … read the pattern 10 times , I’d still get it wrong.

Now after doing quite a few I seem to have very few issues. I think you get used to how people write …
And you learn you have to count , no matter how good you think you are haha

I am giving in and may do Bette … and I was not going to do Cray cray because I get too bored doing repetitive stitches …

But I am starting to give into that too … might make it for a gift ;-)
