So, if you are going to get this kit with an intention to knit the large size, please do order an extra ball. I had to design my own yoke with hardly any brown yarn in it, and start the yoke about 6 rows earlier, for the simple reason that I was going to run out of brown otherwise. I didn’t run out in the end, but I would have done if I hadn’t changed the pattern.

Otherwise, a very fast and easy knit, done in about 3 days, which is perfect for winter. It’s super warm, and really easy to wear. Thought the yarn would be scratchy, but it’s not. Does seem to be pilling very slightly, but this might just be a ‘new on’ thing, and I’m hoping it’s going to stop.

I look totally knackered and about 100 years old in the picture. I’m actually much more fresh faced than that. Honest!
