I love, love, love these gloves. They’re perfect. Odd instructions about picking up stitches, but just did it the old fashioned way and it came out fine.

The yarn is really gorgeous - a present from my mum for my birthday and it just keeps going! Still about half a ball left after Crabby and this project.

A wee something for my sweetie for her birthday on 27th - we’re very skint this month - an unexpected bill of twice our monthly income arrived - so it’s stash yarn birthday present time. Knitted one glove up in an evening (bar sewing in ends and blocking) so these should be done by her birthday.

20/7/2011 these should be finished tonight - and I love them! The first one is blocked and is so soft and pretty and feminine. I love it.

27/7/2011 she loves them! Been wearing them all day, at a farm in the bright sunshine, so must love them!
