Held 2 strands of the green Paintbox yarn together.

Top tier of tree: Make a granny square with 3 rounds of green and then 1 round of white.

Middle tier: Make a granny with 4 rounds of green and 1 round of white.

Bottom tier: Make a granny with 5 rounds of green and 1 round of white.

Fold each square not quite in half. I sewed through the white bit using white yarn to hold the fold in place.

Glue or sew each layer of the tree together - as shown. I used Fabri-Tac glue.

Crochet a little trunk and glue on.
