11.6.18 knit tension square, well actually more of a rectangle. My gauge on 4.5mm needles is 17 stitches to 10cm rather than 18. I’ll stick with this needle size as I’ve probably only just got enough yarn - I did the calculations and 17 stitches per 10cm means I can knit a size down.

Cast on 20.6.18.

Quickly realized I wouldn’t have enough yarn and had to source more from Stitch and Story who were super helpful. I did some very complicated maths and estimation and was very relieved when it turned out I had just the right amount of yarn.

Finally cast off mid May 2020 but didn’t like the look of the turned over polo neck in this heavy yarn.

June 2020 cast off for a second time and love the funnel neck.
