This “Colour Block” garment shown is size XS for my Mom, Linda.

It used the following yarns: CC1: approx 5 g of Loghouse Cottage Yarns, Squishy Sock 8 ply (magenta?)
CC2: 1 skein of Hedgehog fibres, Sock Yarn (colour Hawk) MC: 2 skeins of The Knitting Loft, Boots (colour Shadow)
Pocket lining: CC2

Sleeves: Cast on with CC1, using long tail method. With CC2, work ribbed cuff and next 46 rows. With MC, work remainder of sleeves.

Body: Cast on with CC1, using long tail method. With CC2, work ribbed band and next 46 rows, then change to MC colour at 5th buttonhole row, while placing the pockets. With MC, work remainder of body, shoulders, etc…

Ribbed pocket opening edge: Pick up and work 11 rows in CC2. With CC1, work last row of rib and bind off.

This is a great example of how to personalize a basic pattern!
