NOTE 8/13/09: The pattern estimates 1040 yards of Color C (in this case, Midnight Sun) for the full size afghan. I bought five balls of 220 for 1100 yards and I work tight, and I have run out of that color with probably less than 40 yards to go. I’ve ordered more (luckily I could still get the same dye lot), but while I’ll have the thing finished by the anniversary date there’s little if any chance I can get it to the recipients by then. Not happy!
