I used the pattern for Little Girl’s Shrug/Bolero to make a cropped chunky vest. Make as for size 4, but using 5 mm needle with the chunky twist yarn. Make only fronts and back, omitting sleeves. Sew shoulder and side seams. Using worsted weight yarn make a border around sleeve holes, neck yoke to front button band, and bottom of flounced edge, using double crochet stitch.
