Changes were to the size of hook used and a tripling by using three strands of cotton, sport weight yarn, including light grey; multi grey-green-white; and multi dark grey-medium grey-light grey terry cotton. Directions for smallest size was used with the large hook and tripled yarns. An extra amount of decreasing was done along the side and heel to accommodate the extra-wide widths. The result seemed to work. The end result resembles an adult-size paidraig slipper.
