A number of Scarves/Shawlettes were made with coordinating colours as shown in the photographs . Mainly leftover yarns were used from previous projects. Colours were alternated randomly, with some in a 3-row stripe. For most of these one of the basic yarns used was the Swedish yarn AB Jskobsdals Kamgarnsspinneri Goteborg yarn ‘Fidji.’ This nubbly yarn is a 3.5 weight yarn of 55 per cent cotton and 45 per cent acrylic. In some cases (depending on other yarns used) it was used as either single or double strand. If using double strand use the larger needles.
