The original pattern called for using dk yarns with 2.75 mm needles. I used leftover worsted weight yarns with 3.25 mm needles. Small remnants of pink and black yarns were used to embroider the faces. For the nose I used dk doubled over; for mouth and whiskers used one strand of black worsted, doubled over. Medium sized Safety eyes were used. The end result was two somewhat realistic and cute fun bunnies for Easter. I would definitely make these again, but maybe with dk yarns for a smaller rabbit.
