This was my first ever knitted garment (other than socks and wrist warmers!). I’m just getting used to Ravelry so it is a bit of a retrospective. I struggled at first with the lace pattern, but once I understood it, it was fine. I followed Gudrun’s pattern to the letter. It all knitted up surprisingly quickly and before I knew it I had a gorgeous jumper. I chose contrasting buttons (purples), and I wear this over jeans or winter dresses, really pleased with it. Thanks to Gudrun for a beautifully inspired piece, I love the use of traditional patterns but with contemporary design.
