If I were to make this again, I would knit length from CO edge to 7.5” or 8” before crown decreases.

Crochet embellishment is fun, but tricky. Smaller stitches look nicer, but restrict elasticity. Had to experiment before deciding on hook size.

Overall, an enjoyable knit.
