Using up stash - unlabeled acrylic - blue with multi-coloured contrast strand.
This bottle is 9cm across the bottom, 17cm to base of the neck.
Magic circle to start; SC 8 times into MC, pull tail tight, move directly into 2nd round; don’t bother with slip-stitch join or anything fancy. (8)
R2: 2 SC into each SC from previous round. (16)
R3: SC into 1st SC, 2 SC into next SC, - rep to end. (24)
R4: SC into first 2 SC, 2 SC into 3rd SC - rep to end. (32)
R5: SC into first 3 SC, 2 SC into 4th SC - rep to end. (40)
R6: SC into first 4 SC, 2 SC into 5th SC - rep to end (48)
R7: SC into first 5 SC, 2 SC into 6th SC - rep to end (56)
R8: Now, slip stitch all the way round the edge - so there is a slight raised edge on one side of the disk. (This will be considered the ‘bottom’ of the disk.)
With the working yarn still poking out from the ‘top’ of the disk, pull loops through the ‘top’ loops of the last round of SC’s, and onto the knitting needles.
For the rest, 1x1 ribbing til it’s as tall as needed, (roughly 17cm/6.75” tall,) then bind off in pattern.
