10/16/19 started the size large neck with US 5 I did about 10 to 15 rows and then realized the fabric was to stiff. I reread pattern and noticed it calls for a US 7 !!! DOUGH!! I was going for a slightly smaller neckline so casting on the L and doing tighter stitches will defiantly make it smaller haha. after the initial to small rows I just randomly mid row switched to a US 7. I wet the project and let it sit overnight. slightly stretched out the neck opening measures Approx 13 inches ( see photo)

To get from lg to Xl I added a 3rd increase round in collar.
I followed 1st increase for size large per pattern.
2nd Increase followed for size large to 20 cm ( shortened second increase CM )
For 3rd increase I did k 13 M1L =14 st 11 times = 154
(Until the pattern listed CM length given for the second increase)

I did knitted cast on under arm.
Started 2nd ball mohair 2 row before sleeve separation.

I have a short torso so I did not knit al long as pattern states. 11 in then 1.5 in 2x2 ribbing
Bound off body 2 st I cord with us8 ( had 18 in left og 2nd mo ball after bind off )
Starting 1st sleeve with 111G fingering and new ball (3rd) mohair
11-11-2019
111G OF BROWN FINGERING LEFT AT START OF 1ST SLEEVE.
The plan ….Adding sleeve decreases starting
7th row and every 7th row 8X
SM P Ktog K around to last 3 st Ktog K1 SM
Stitch couunt 61 59 57 55 53 51 49 47 do 1 additional dec to have 46 st for 2X2 rib cuff.
WHAT I DID … K 7 ROW DEC 2 TIMES ( 3 TIMES )
( TRIED ON AND REALIZED SLEEVE WAS VERY TIGHT BUT TOTALLY WEARABLE. THE 3 HATS I MADE WITH MOHAIR STRETCHED OUT AND DIDN’T SPRING BACK. SO I AM COUNTING ON THAT WITH THIS SWEATER. )
K 14 ROWS
3 SETS DEC
K 20 ROWS ( SO I COULD CONTINUE USEING 16IN CIR LONGER )
2 SETS OF DECREASES ( COULDN’T FIND #7 DPN SO USED #6 )
11-13-2019
77.3 G left of fingering brown after 1st sleeve
11-20-2019
I will weigh my remaining yarn.
I had plenty left over from the 2 150 G hanks of fingering and 3 hanks of mohair.
Observations; shoulder area stretched out making sleeves longer. I have my 3.5 inch ribbing completely folded up today on my 1st wear. I have a short torso and did not go to the full pattern length. And it also grew and is plenty long. It is tight around my belly and hugs my curves. I soaked in soak wash and noticed my washer has a drain and spin feature so I did that then hung by a PVC pole through arms. It was a warm day and the sweater dried in 2 hours.
15.9 g mohair left from 3 50g hanks
44.5 g fingering left of 2 150g hanks
