DONE and DONE! (Well…i still have to block it!) Confession time….. I started knitting in late August of 2013. This is not my first stranded item but it is my first Bohus item. I am pretty pleased with the way this turned out. It was a challenge but mainly because it requires concentration. other than that….it was a lot of fun…..can’t wait to do another one!

WA v1.o - frogged over halfway done because I realized that chart should have been worked in opposite direction, top down (IF you want it to look like the SOLsilke version) I am told that when knitting from POC and from the top of chart, purls need to be shifted one row up, but in stitch position spot!

On WA v1.0 I did 1x1 ribbing for 3/4 of an inch and changed to large needles and did the m1 increase in the same row. It left big holes. (maybe because of the purls….i do not know) On WA v2.0 I decided to knit ribbing for 3/4 and then knit 1 row while changing needles and then knit another row in MC for increases. No large holes! Whooo Hoooo…..moving right along.

I knit the chart from the top down, so i had to shift the purls down one row. This was a bit confusing so, I recreated the chart for easier reference.

I CO 146 and after the ribbing I increased to 169 using K1tfb, then I knit an adittional row in MC and switched to size 2 needles. I added an increase of one stitch where the pattern shifts to a repeat of 10.
