As much as I tried to spin two identical skeins to have the socks matching, the second sock doesn’t resemble the first one at all. I guess that with handspun you have to be ready to have fraternal twin socks.

The fiber is superwash merino from Wild Hare. chain-plied, fingering weight. I have enough yarn left to make leg warmers for my 3 year old daughter (she loved the bright pink yarn!).
