I wanted to knit this for ages. Today I finally caved in and bought the pattern as a birthday gift for myself. The yarn (which I also got as a gift) is a perfect match for this pattern!

I did 18 repeats of chart A. 60 grams left before I started chart B. I wouldn’t take that as a guide though. I think the skein was bigger than what the label said (I have to weigh the shawl), so a skein with 575 yards would make 16 repeats.
BO row - I had enough yarn to BO 80% of the shawl. Boo. I went through my sock yarn and found the leftover from my Kai Mei, which is the same shade but slightly darker. I think it will even add a little depth to the shawl.

I love the result! The BO yarn makes it even more perfect!
