Notes

I initially purchased this wool to knit The Weekender. Ew, no. I do not enjoy a bottom up construction. I have had my eyeballs on this pattern since it was released. Can’t wait to cast on. I am going to be doing the tubular cast on for the first time.

Finished and it is perfect. It fits me to a T! As it was blocking, my 95 yo mother asked my husband if it was for her and oddly, he responded with “yes”…YES! OMG. What was he thinking? Anyhoo, off went the sweater to go live with my mom.

True confession: Each year, I ask for it back to wash and block for her. Before I return it, I wear it. Just once. For old time sake.
