I felt I needed something knitted to go with my pin dinner outfit (represent!), so a clutch seemed the perfect choice.

I found this yarn at the Etsy Made in Canada Fredericton marketplace and it appeared to be the perfect colour for the other accessories I’d ordered… Fortunately when everything arrived, they did indeed all match. Something miraculous there!

I also got the beads at the Etsy Marketplace. The teardrops were sewn on after the fact as knitting them in didn’t allow for the nice drop. I added a wristlet handle made of beads, ribbon, and yarn so I wouldn’t have to hang onto it at all times.

The lining was found on sale at Fabricville and matches amazingly. This was my first experience with a zipper as I chose that as an alternative to the snap that the pattern recommended. I think I did well considering I had no idea what i was doing!

All in all, I think this worked out wonderfully.
