When I saw this beautiful pattern posted in a Facebook group, I just had to make it. After completing the hat I had quiet a bit of yarn left and decided to design a cowl to go with.

Cowl Notes: Cast on 110 stitches with CC and work in 1x1 ribbing for 1.5”. Knit 1 row with MC. Next row decrease stitches to 100 by knitting 2 tog evenly across row. Knit one row. Next row decrease stitches to 90 by knitting 2 tog evenly across row. Knit one row. Next row decrease stitches to 80 by knitting 2 tog evenly across row. Knit one row. Complete chart. Knit 7 rows with MC. Change to CC and work in 1x1 ribbing for 1.5”. Cast off loosely.
