31 July 2026: Stretchy cast on for cuffs and necks was too floppy. Used 2-color cast on instead for stability.

3 Aug 2026: Added one repeat in red cuff pattern. Halfway through the first green band I decided 6s were too small. I ripped back to the last row of the cuff and switched to 7s. 7s work great. Once the first green band was done in color Rocky Mountains, I wanted more contrast, so I frogged the band and used the darker green Kings Canyon.

6 Aug 2026: More frogging. The stockinette mosaic just doesn’t pop like garter mosaic. I will keep the cuff and then work the pattern in garter mosaic.

9 Aug 2026: The garter mosaic is a big improvement. I am happy with the decision to switch to garter mosaic.

23 Aug 2026: I don’t like the heel w&t stitches on the knit side. The purl side is just fine. I couldnt figure out what made the difference. If I do this pattern again, I will use a different method.
