24 Aug 2026: Mods:

• Went up to 56 st for toe to make stocking slightly larger
• Changed color scheme for more contrast
• At completion of the foot, moved beginning of round to mid-sole so it would be at the midpoint of the heel.
• Cuff done in corrugated ribbing

27 Aug 2026: I just noticed there is no row gauge. The foot is looking short, so I will work at least one more repeat (more if needed) before the heel. Row gauge would have been useful.

1 Sept 2026: Did 6 repeats of pattern then worked heel. Then did 14 repeats of pattern as called for in pattern. Worked cuff with corrugated ribbing. Edging is an easier way to work crab stitch that I learned yesterday at knitting group.

The green came out a bit grey in the photo.
