31 Jan 2025: I didn’t pay attention to the pattern before I opted into the KAL. There are some rows of 3 colors in the colorwork which I usually avoid. The 1-st zigzag in tan gets lost. Not sure the tan was the best color choice but will leave it as it is an orphan skein and this is a good way to put it to work.

After the yoke, I abandoned the pattern colorwork motif and did my own thing with shorter carries and only 2 colors per row.

Did not do the stitch adjustment on the plain row after the stripe chart. I am not doing the fleck pattern so no need to inc 1 st and then dec it after the 10 rows of stockinette needed for the 48”.

I am planning on putting in one set of short rows before the Great Divide. I will probably put in 2 more sets when I do the body.

8 Feb 2025: Per pattern for this size, at the divide left sleeve has one less stitch than the right.

5 Oct 2025: The cast off I ended up using took more yarn than the one I intended to use, so Yarn Chicken entered the picture. So glad to have this off the needles.
