Notes: do not follow the pick up count for the skirt/ruffles. They don’t match the stitches around the onesie at all & when you try to increase to match, it’s WAY too ruffley. I did that with the skirt & really regret it.

Followed Mamablev’s idea for the icord bind off on the skirt/ruffles, love it!
