This was my first kite shawl. I wanted to use leftovers - as a goal of this year’s knitting - and to study the new to me design as well as to have something to knit during the car travel. I’ve managed to finish almost a half in on the way to northern part of Poland. And I know more about increasing and decreasing in this type of design. I like how the colours of my leftovers match the crescent line of the kite. It is the shape I can knit even in the car, but for more comfortable circumstances I prefer something else.
