All ribbing is done in twisted ribbing (cuffs, collar, bottom), so, ktbl/p.
last 2 rows before bind off are preparation rows done in k1tbl, slip / slip, p (same for cast on, k1tbl slip twice before joining in the round).

Cast on is italian tubular and bind off also tubular.

The cuff was too wide in L (40 sts), so before starting the ribbing I did a second round of reduction (k2, k2tog) to end up with 30sts.
