Mods;
Started with a provisional CO method, and attached provisional CO to current sts at the first rnd of skirt body to last 10 sts (about 3-4cm) and simultaneously placed the elastic circle.
The last 10 sts are worked separately so that easy to put the elastic in and out at any time.
