I threw this out over night while my family was away in SC/NC over Christmas break. This is the first time I used this yarn and I picked it up half off at Michaels. I really like it a lot more than I thought I would. It is perfect for something like this. I didn’t really look at the pattern because I’ve been making granny squares for almost 30 years, I think I’ve got it down now. The orange in the middle is one skein, the orange on the edge is also one skein, so it goes quick. The edging is one round of granny and a slip stitch all the way around (three in each corner). I love the colors of this yarn and their names. I’ll definitely buy it again. I’m sure it will come in handy for last minute gifts. I may even go get some more for a scarf.
