Fairly tight tension on starting chains and on the project as a whole; 8.5 inches each, two of them. After connecting and working up 4 iterations or so, circumference is 15.25 inches.

1.5 dec/section (3/it.): 3x 117 st -> 108 st
2 dec/section (4/it.): 6x 108 st -> 84 st
3 dec/section (6/it.): 6x 84 st -> 54 st
dec every other to finish | reality, dec every other for two iterations, 1:1 for two, decrease every other again to finish

Brim: increase in every stitch first iteration; 1:1 for the next 4 iterations. 5 iterations total.

I messed up on the tip and the brim. The tip narrows too suddenly; In the future, continue at 6 decreases per iteration, not every other, after 6 iterations. The brim is too wavy; need to adjust math.

This looks like more of a cherry blossom and succulent and/or rose quartz and fluorite flower witch hat. It’s still cute I think.

I might block the tip and the brim to hold shape a bit better.
