It’s full of mods because I was knitting for my 8yo. I cast on for a size 1, but shortened the chart by 6 rows. Can you tell my cats are more well-fed than the original design?

• I modified the neckline, opting for a double collar with the inside knit in the softer contrast color, added a detail braid around the neck.

• I omitted all the shaping in the body, and just knit straight to the ribbing, creating a bit of a balloon effect, reducing 10% of the stitches before the ribbing.

• I reduced the length of the sleeves since my girlie has shorter arms than an adult, and ballooned them a bit by reducing 20 % of the stitches before the ribbing. And I added a bracelet of cats to each sleeve to echo the sweater it was replacing.
