Stash diving: Green (with splashes of blue) MCN yarn as MC with white Water Lilies (CC).

18.03.2021 All my MC skeins are caked! I swatched to see if I could get gauge with either of my white yarns. (One of them is thinner and the other is thicker than the MC yarn.) So I will be using 5.5 mm and thicker yarn Nepal. The fabric is slightly thicker but also soft, and I can get gauge.
26.03.2021 The collar band is done and it looks lovely! So many different shades of green became apparent when the yarn was knit!
28.03.2021 I started the yoke chart and I love it. Knitting with big needles gets to my hands though, so it is not so quick…
05.04.2021 I have been knitting the body, should be finished shortly.
07.04.2021 Sleeves are on my needles.
08.04.2021 Started the second sleeve. The first one took about 78 g of MC. I knit the ribbing with 52 stitches. Also, I started the colourwork at 27 cm but I’m afraid the sleeves may grow with blocking. (I will have to deal with it later, as I have short arms.)
10.04.2021 Finished except for blocking. I had to dip into the 5th skein of MC, maybe with shorter sleeves I could have avoided that.

The sleeves are about 3-4 cm too long as the sleeves grew with blocking. (So I would have needed at least 6 cm shorter sleeves to begin with.) Otherwise the sweater is beautiful and fits as I wanted.
