Toe-up of course. So I knitted the toe and heel with my Own notes.

Started with 11 st (22 st).
Increased 2 st in every other round -> 25+25= 50 st.
13 cm until creating the heel, after 4 pattern repeats.
Increased 12 x 2 st.
7 st in the middle of the heel.
Calf increasings 9 x 2 sts -> 68 sts.
The rib with 64 sts.
Total 140 grams.
