Toe-up of course. So I knitted the toe and heel with my Own notes.

Started with 11 st (22 st).
Increased 2 st in every other round -> 25+25= 50 st.
13 cm until creating the heel, after 6 pattern repeats.
Increased 9 x 2 st.
5 st in the middle of the heel.
After the heel 25+23= 48 st.
Total 100 grams.
